toothpaste active ingredient: sodium fluoride 0.24% (0.15% w/v fluoride ion)
purpose: anticavity
toothpaste inactive ingredients: sorbitol, purified water, hydrated silica, glycerin, xylitol, flavor, xanthan gum, titanium dioxide, cocamidopropyl betaine, sodium cocoyl glutamate, and stevia rebaudiana extract

mouthwash ingredients:
active ingredients: sodium fluoride 0.05%
inactive Ingredients: purified water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, sodium phosphate monobasic, flavor, poloxamer 407, potassium citrate, phosphoric acid.

toothpaste directions:
adults and children 2+: brush teeth thoroughly, preferably after each meal or at least 2x per day or as directed by dentist or physician
children 2-6 years: use only a pea sized amount and supervise child’s brushing and rinsing (to minimize swallowing)
children under 2 years: ask a dentist or physician

mouthwash directions:
adults and children over 6: use once a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste.
vigorously swish 10mL (2 teaspoons) of rinse for 1 minute and then spit out.
do not swallow rinse. do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after rinsing.
children under 6: consult a dentist or doctor.
